Reynolds Apparatus
Reynold's Apparatus is designed for determining the Reynold’s
number. The apparatus consists of a glass tube with one end having bell
mouth entrance; connected to a constant headwater tank, at the other end
a valve is provided to vary the flow rate.
Experimental Capabilities:
Visualization & comparison of different flow patterns i.e. Laminar, Transient, and Turbulent Flow.
Determination of the Reynolds’s number for a different flow pattern
