We offer Peel Off Strength Tester, to test the self-adhesiveness of foam sheet.
The
strength of adhesion of self-adhesive foam sheets to the substrate is
determined by pasting a rectangular test specimen cut out of the sheet
under test over a smooth glass surface, pressing it down with the help
of rubber-lined metal roller, and peeling off one of its ends from the
substrate at an angle of 180° at a constant speed with the help of a
motorized arrangement.
The force needed to peel off the test specimen gives a measure of the peel strength of the foam sheet under test.
