Nozzles, Valves & Fittings

Body & Head Sealing

Split clamp type quick opening system with clamp bolts & flat gasket.

i) Self sealing 'O' ring design without bolts. 

ii) Split taper clamp with boalts.

iv) Nut & boalts with flange & gasket.

Electrical Ceramic Band heating mantle with ceramic wool insulation

i) Flame proof design Aluminium Cast Heater

i) SS - 304 Jacket for oil / steam heating

ii) SS - 304 Jacket with external electrical heater.

Control Panel

Compact SS - Control Panel with microprocessor based programmable PID temperature controller cum indicator, and other digital indicator/ Controller (as ordered) mounted on it.

i) Digital temperature indicator in flameproof enclosure

ii) Complete FLP Group IIA / IIB or IIC control panel.
