E-LEARNING FUNDAMENTALS OF ELECTRO-PNEUMATICS.
The interactive and multimedia training program covers the basics of electropneumatic control systems. This knowledge will be implemented in the project section using various practical projects. The participants can refer back to the project-specific information contained in the sections on technical knowledge and component knowledge during the project.

Course topics:

Advantages and drawbacks of electropneumatics
Safety in electropneumatic circuits
Fundamentals of electrical engineering: DC circuit, electromagnetism, mode of operation of a solenoid, measuring technology
Pneumatic circuit diagram: Designations and symbols of the individual components, technical information
Electrical circuit diagram: standards-compliant electrical circuit diagrams, electrical symbols, port designations
Basic logic functions: Negation, AND/OR operations, complex operations
Basic circuits: Direct and indirect electrical control, time and pressure dependent process controls
Signal storage in the power and control unit, latching circuit
Documentation of a control system: Function diagram, sequence table, function chart
Maintenance and repair of electropneumatic systems
Solenoid actuated valves: spring return and pulse valves
